Hi everyone
Here we are 4 months after Ian was diagnosed with a Brain Tumour and well on the way to a full recovery. We firstly have to thank Robert, Ben and Steve for keeping production going at the factory and ensuring our high standards are maintained even when Ian is not there. We also have to thank all our customers and suppliers for their support and understanding in what has been a very difficult time.
The factory reopened for full production on January 11th. It is Ian’s intension to be back down at the factory at least in a part time capacity soon after the New Year. However to that end we will be listening carefully to the advice of the Neuro surgeons, they have done a pretty good job so far! We have some new designs and products which he will be concentrating on. Lats will be taking on a more design and management role during 2010 so it could be an exciting year for us.
Finally we welcome Steve, who has joined the stealth team as an apprentice boat builder under the watchful eye of all the boys. Bear and Winston are not so happy to be back on duty as the ever loyal guard dogs!
